The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is launching a regular get-together for small business owners, to give them a chance to meet and discuss common concerns they may have.

Let’s Meet for Koffee  will be a regular monthly meeting time for business owners, to be held once a month on Thursday mornings.

Hannah Vander Veer with the Knoxville Chamber tells KNIA/KRLS News the idea came from some Chamber members looking for such a forum to attend.

“I had some small business owners who just communicated to me here at the Chamber that they wanted an informal outlet, an excuse just to get together on a somewhat regular basis just to talk about things that they were having trouble with, maybe ways that they could collaborate. And so we wanted to create an environment for them to do that,” Vander Veer says.

The first Let’s Meet for Koffee will be held on Thursday, April 18th, the third Thursday of the month, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at The Coffee Connection in downtown Knoxville.

Thereafter, it will be held on the second Thursday of the month at this same time.
