The 10th annual of the Warren County Conservation Osprey 5K run/walk fundraiser is coming up, raising money for summer activities. Naturalist and organizer of the event Karen Johlas-Szalkowski tells KNIA News not only do you get to have fun on the trails, it raises funds for summer activities.

“This goes towards programs such as our summer camps for youth, our kids fishing days, any of our public programs we do weekly that come up that a lot of kids enjoy, and some of our equipment that we use. Just last year it helped raise funds for our new butterfly exhibit, which is great.”
