The Tulip Queen and Royal Court will be showcasing Pella and Tulip Time over the next several weeks. Queen Olivia Vander Leest and court members Mary Kate Bandstra, Isabella Baugh, Camryn Huyser, and Emily Schreur had their first public performances this week, and begin travels across the state between now and the May 2-4 Tulip Time festival. The group say they look forward to sharing their program and inviting all to attend the 84th annual celebration.

“I’m just really excited to get to share Pella’s heritage and traditions with everybody, because it’s poured so much into my life and I think all of us agree it’s poured into our lives too,” Schreur says.

“Honestly, I would say every upcoming event is something we look forward to,” Baugh says. “Getting to share this experience with other people is amazing.”
