It’s time to clear the bases, and everything else, at the Knoxville Little League fields; and parents, coaches and other volunteers are invited to come out and lend a hand.

The annual field clean-up will be held this coming Saturday at the fields, located inside Marion County Park.

Volunteers will be asked to work from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. to clean up the diamonds and get ready for the season.

Practice will be getting underway in the next few weeks, with Opening Day scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 27th.
