The Webb Shadle Memorial Library in Pleasantville ranges into the world of Harry Potter, with their first-ever event dedicated to the classic book series.

They will host a family painting event on Sunday, April 14th, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Jo Ellen Glick from the library tells KNIA/KRLS News this will be a family-oriented afternoon.

“This is hosted by Crystal Lyons; it’s going to be a Harry Potter canvas painting. This is very exciting; it’s open to ages five and up. We’re kind of excited; it’s a first for our library to do something like this,” Glick says.

Registration is required one week prior to the event.
