The second part of a speed and agility course for seventh and eighth grade students in Knoxville begins next month.
Panther Power is a two-part course designed to prepare students for high school lifting techniques, as well as flexibility, core strength and agility speed.
The first part was held between the fall and winter seasons; the second one will take place from May 7th through May 30th in the Knoxville Middle School gym.
Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and are free of charge.
The Panther Power course is operated by 21st Century Rehab, in partnership with Knoxville Hospital and Clinics and the Knoxville School District.
