The Indianola RAGBRAI Executive Committees have been set up, preparing the various aspects of RAGBRAI’s overnight stop in Indianola on July 23rd. Executive Committee #1 will plan campgrounds, sanitation, housing, and rider safety, and is co-chaired by Roger Netsch and Ron Smith. Executive Committee #2 controls publicity, hospitality, web and social media, information, and volunteers and is chaired by Jeff Peterson. Executive Committee #3 handles food and vendors, a beverage garden, and entertainment, and is co-chaired by Darrin Johnson, Cathy Krapfl, and Gina Piper. Executive Committee #4 is public safety and transportation, and is chaired by Indianola Police Captain Brian Sher.
