Another day, another win for the now 5-0 Pella Christian girls tennis team. The Eagles beat Norwalk 8-3 Tuesday. Morgan Bush, Lizzy Posthuma, Kitty Gu, Megan Kramer, and Kelly Van Wyk with singles wins. The Eagles next host Knoxville Monday.

Pella Christian’s girls soccer team suffered their first loss of the season, falling to No. 10 in 2A Norwalk 4-1 last night. The Eagles had a tough time keeping up with the Warriors possession-heavy attack, according to Head Coach Mike Buchheit, and fell behind two-nil early in the 2nd half. Pella Christian’s lone goal came from an Annika Terpstra PK that was converted on by Molly Bolt. The 3-1 Eagles welcome No. 9 in 1A North Polk to Eagle Lane Thursday. Norwalk shut out the Pella Christian boys soccer team 3-0 at the Pella Sports Complex. The Eagles next travel to North Polk Thursday.
