Yesterday was National Sprint Car Day, April tenth, you know, 410. Anyway, we are now just two days from the 66th season opening action for the Knoxville Raceway. The track is having a season kick off party in Dyer-Hudson Hall tomorrow night during the annual practice night activities. Admission to practice night is free and a pit pass is only ten dollars. Saturday kicks off the season of sprint car racing at Knoxville. The raceway has already bumped up the start time to battle the predicted colder than normal temperatures as hot laps will start at 5:45 with racing at around 6:45.
