State Auditor Rob Sand is making a stop in Indianola as part of a statewide town hall tour on government efficiency. Sand said during his weekly “Transparency Tuesday” segment one of the abilities of the Auditor’s Office is to make efficiency recommendations to local governments, and the goal of the town hall tour is to let taxpayers have input on how to go about doing that. Sand is making stops in mid-sized cities around the state, including Council Bluffs, Sioux Center, and Storm Lake before making the stop in Indianola on April 28th.
