Two Pella residents face felony charges for alleged dealing of marijuana after an arrest in Pella. Kiara Schnoebelen and Ethan Millmier, both 20, were each charged with a controlled substance violation, a Class D felony, and Millmier also had a charge of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, also a Class D felony. According to court records, the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at Schnoebelen’s and Millmier’s residence on Lincoln Street, where they found five grams of a green plant material that tested positive as marijuana and several notes indicating sales of illegal drugs in her room, and several marijuana plants and bongs and glass containers with residue and other parapheniala.
