One of the final touches for Youngs Park means its new facilities are ready for use; the new restrooms are now open and available for use.

The new restrooms are adjacent to the skate park and climbing area, which are also officially available and in use for the first time this year.

Park district facilities are available for full usage beginning next week; this includes rental of the shelters at Auld Park, for those planning an outdoor celebration.
