The Indianola Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting at Shoe Sensation Friday, in conjunction with their weekend long grand opening. Store manager Cheryl Koch tells KNIA News Shoe Sensation is the perfect match for her, because she has been a member of the community for a long time and this is the type of store she would want to shop at.

“One of the things that drew me to Shoe Sensation was reading about their community outreach. They want to be in small towns, they want their store manager and employees to be from live in the community, and to help out wherever we can. I just love that, and I’m happy that we are here.”

The KNIA Big Red Radio was on location Friday from 11am to 1pm, playing music, making announcements, and giving live updates.
