Knoxville Girls Soccer Coach Matt Richhart called it a huge win over a Little Hawkeye Conference team as the Panthers defeated the Indians three/two last night. Amber Vander Veer nailed two goals including a direct kick from about 30 yards away. Emma DeJoode got the other tally. Richhart tells KNIA Sports he sees a different team than in past seasons, a team that wants to get better and is working hard at it. The Panthers get just a couple days off before heading to Chariton on Monday and Fairfield on Tuesday.
