A local robotics team made it to the world finals of their competition over the weekend. Recharged Green, which includes several homeschool students from the Pella area, is the first Iowa team to make it into the finals of the First Tech Challenge. There were 180 teams competing, and only six make it to the finals, and form two large alliances. The final round was tied after 2 matches as well, which Recharged Green’s group finishing 2nd overall.
