D.W. Zinser Company out of Walford, Iowa takes over the site of the Warren County Courthouse destruction today. The destruction will take place sometime in early May. The destruction will look to be completed by mid-summer, with a fence around the inside of the square for RAGBRAI and the balloon fest. Business on the square will function as normal, with the inside lanes being shut down as needed by construction workers. Construction of the new Warren County Justice Center will begin soon after destruction is completed.
