A few afternoon sprinkles didn’t stop large crowds from coming to day two of the annual Tulip Time. Deemed marching band day, several high school ensembles participated in both the afternoon and evening parades. Pella’s City Band was the featured entertainment, and after the lighted parade, fireworks were fired off from Central College, sponsored by Pella Corporation.
