Governor Kim Reynolds and her husband took part in Tulip Time festivities Saturday afternoon. Iowa’s chief executive took part in street scrubbing and the afternoon parade. Reynolds says she tries to make an annual visit to Tulip Time and loves the way the community highlights some of the best hospitality the state has to offer. Reynolds has visited the annual festival several times, both as an elected official and prior to her time in state office.
