The Pleasantville Boys Track and Field Squad was eighth at the Nodaway Valley Invitational on Monday. Cale Anthony won another shot put with a toss of 47 feet four inches. The Trojans also recorded a third place in the 4×200 relay. Pleasantville will head to West Marshall and the State Qualifier on Thursday.

Pleasantville girls placed fourth at the Martensdale-St. Mary’s Invitational on Monday. The Trojans used it as a last chance tune up for the State Qualifier on Thursday. Jordan Dursky and Hailee McCormick went two/three in the 800. Pleasantville’s 4×100 relay team recorded a second place finish, Kasey Pelzer won the long jump, and Taylor Foley placed third in the shot put. The girls will join the boys Thursday at the State Qualifying Meet at West Marshall.
