Pella Regional Health Center announced that Beth Kingma at the Pella Medical Clinic is a DAISY recipient. The DAISY program is a national award, given at the local level, to registered nurses who exemplify extraordinary nursing. The focus is on the special touches and human consideration that these nurses give to their patients. Beth was recognized by patients for her welcoming smile and caring attitude and the time she gives them when they are at the clinic. Kingma received a certificate and a sculpture called A Healer’s Touch.
