The Marion County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to discuss and possibly finalize an agreement with the City of Pella, to use the Pella Community Center for driver’s license services.

During their meeting on Tuesday morning, the Board of Supervisors is also expected to approve final disposition of the food service equipment which had been located at the Knoxville Senior Center.

And the Board will be asked to endorse the passage of Marsy’s Law; this measure would give crime victims and their families the same constitutional rights as the accused.

The Board of Supervisors will convene at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Marion County Courthouse.
