The Twin Cedars Softball Squad opened the 2019 season with a 2-1 victory over Southeast Warren on Wednesday. Grace Bailey was the story as she went the distance allowing just one run on six hits, seven strikeouts and just two walks. Brooke Roby was the offensive force as she went 2/3 with two RBI. On the baseball diamond the Sabers were not as fortunate as they fell 12-3. Austin Test had two RBI while Dallas Clark had a double. The Saber squads stay in Marion County and travel over to the western side as they tangle with their arch-rivals Melcher-Dallas tonight.
