The Knoxville Baseball Squad struggled against strong Winterset pitching and fell in the Panthers’ season opener 8-0 to the Huskies. Winterset broke away during the third inning on a bases loaded error and slammed the door shut on a three run homer in the fourth. For Knoxville, Mike Hudson went 1/2 on the night with a walk, and Kyle Ramsey was 2/3. Kaleb Streigle took the loss tossing one inning. Knoxville is 0-1 on the season.
