Pleasantville continues its first ever tour through the West Central Conference for summer sports as both baseball and softball squads visit Earlham. Baseball is off to a 1-3 start to the season with a younger less experienced group then in previous seasons. Coach Sheldon Card tells KNIA Sports the expectation of Pleasantville Baseball will not change even though they have not been as successful then in past seasons. Card adds there are several guys who have a potential to be great players, and they just have to believe that they can get to that level. The Trojans Softball Squad will try to rebound from their first loss of the season by playing Earlham.
