
The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in special session Wednesday morning, holding a public hearing on and discussing a budget amendment for the current fiscal year. The board approved a budget amendment for an additional $77,500 for this year from various departments, including new election machines purchased by the Auditor’s Office. The board also appropriated $11,000 from the Medical Examiner’s Office, with $5,000 going to juvenile court services and $6,000 to district court, and appropriated another $10,000 from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office to district court to make up for departments going over budget.
