The Pella City Council will focus on city employees during policy and planning following their meeting Tuesday. Council will review proposed updates to the salary schedule, health and dental insurance, and leave policies. This will be the first look at salaries for employees since the city updated its pay schedule, and a review of health and dental costs will also be done. The Pella City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Public Safety Complex.
