The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has named their All-District teams, with several local athletes represented. In Class 2A, Pella’s Grace Held, Josie Lickteig, and Chloe Griffin were first team selections on the central team. In Class 1A, Lindsay Breon was a 1st team selection and Anna Van Zee a second team honoree on the southeast district roster, as was Knoxville’s Emma DeJoode, on the first team. Pella finished 15-3 and at the state tournament for the 13th time in school history, Knoxville was 14-4 to end the year, and the 10-9 Eagles finished in the Class 1A regional final.
