The Knoxville Baseball Squad was unable to hold a 5-1 lead over Centerville last night and fell 7-6 to the Big Reds. The Panthers scored runs in the first, second, and third innings but Centerville responded with four in its half of the third to tie the game at five, then added runs in the fourth and sixth innings to get the win. Kaleb Streigle took the loss in relief pitching just one inning. R.J. Roberts was 2/3 at the plate with an RBI and flashed some leather on a diving catch of a line drive in the sixth inning and flipped to second base to complete the double play. Knoxville is 4-13 on the season and will travel to Fairfield for a varsity double header tonight.
