The second of three Friday Night Live concerts in Indianola will be this Friday, with the band Train Wreck performing. Indianola Chamber of Commerce President Brenda Easter tells KNIA News this is the fourth year of the Friday Night Live Concerts, and it has evolved into just one of the many summer attractions in Indianola.

“If you can’t find something to do here in Indianola, I think you just aren’t looking very hard. We do have so many really wonderful things that are put together by wonderful volunteers who pull this all off, and we want to give people an excuse to stay home, I call it a stay-cation. So instead of going out and seeing a music concert that costs much more, you can come here, bring your lawn chair, enjoy good food and family and fun times.”

The concert is on Friday from 6 to 9pm at Memorial Park, with food vendors, an adult beverage garden, and a playground for the kids. There will also be putt-putt golf available at the event from Pop Up Games, sponsored by the Christian Opportunity Center. The cost to enter is $5 for ages 11 and up.
