The City of Indianola will be conducting road repairs and seal coating work on several streets around the city today, causing delays in the area. The roads that will be repaired include:

S G Street from E 2nd Ave to W 1st Ave
N F Street from W Clinton to W Detroit
W Detroit from N E to the Pool Driveway
W Henderson from N C to N D
N D at the intersection of W Henderson
And N C Street from W Girard to Simpson College campus.

The work is anticipated to take less than one day and although safe for vehicles to drive on shortly after being applied, bicyclists should remain aware that loose aggregate may be present for several days after this application occurs. The city asks that all commuters be cautious and mindful of workers when driving through those areas.
