The Lady Dutch softball team dominated North Mahaska in a bounce back win 7-2 Tuesday. Pella swatted 12 hits and cashed in on many, scoring twice in the bottom of the 1st and four times in the bottom of the 5th. Maddie Parks earned the win, giving up four hits in six innings and just one earned run and knocking in three hits on offense. Alizabeth Van Dusseldorp had two hits and Brynnlin Kroymann drove in two runs. Pella improved to 10-13 after snapping a three-game losing skid. They welcome Newton to Pella Middle School for a single game tonight. Before and after the game, Little League athletes met the Lady Dutch and were recognized.
