The Knoxville baseball and softball squads will take a trip north to Nevada on Monday. The baseball guys bring back a team they played several years ago on a routine basis. This starts a very busy week for Knoxville as the Panthers visit Nevada, then prepare for their overnight trip Friday and Saturday. Coach Matt Miller tells KRLS Sports this trip is an annual team building event that lets the guys play against teams from out of the area, and expose them to the types of competition they could face in the district. The softball girls are hoping to finish out the regular season this week and get ready for the regional. Nevada comes in at 7-19 on the season. Hear the baseball game live on 95.3 KNIA at 7:15.
