Mickayla McGill was crowned the 2019 Marion County Fair Queen this past Saturday, and in less than a week McGill will preside over the festivities. McGill tells KNIA/KRLS News she has never been able to see all the competitions and now that she is queen and will be handing out awards she is excited to see all the competitions and to see all the great work the 4H and FFA members have done. McGill says she has wanted to be fair queen since she was in 4th grade and is very honored to represent Marion County at the fair, that begins on Friday.
