Several activities are coming up at Lake Red Rock in conjunction with Balloonfest this weekend. Bobber the Water Safety Dog will be at North Overlook Beach on Friday at 7 p.m. to share tips about enjoying the lake safely. Let’s Go Paddling will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at North Overlook Beach, where participants 10 years old or older can experience both canoeing and kayaking in the same day. Life jackets will be provided for the event starting after the 5K/10K race concludes. A butterfly safari will be held at the Playscape at 2:00 Saturday afternoon. All activities are free of charge and do not require pre-registration.
