An Oskaloosa man was arrested in Knoxville Monday following an incident which occured in May. According to court documents, on May 10th of this year, twenty-seven-year-old Nickalas Deegan of Oskaloosa allegedly kicked in a door of a residence in the 1700 block of 180th Avenue in Knoxville. Upon entry into the home, Deegan allegedly took a phone away from a woman and smashed it. On Monday, a warrant was served to Deegan who was arrested and charged with 2nd degree burglary a class C felony as well as assault a simple misdemeanor.
