The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad looks to move into the class 1A district finals tonight in a semi-final match up with Central Decatur. The Sabers won a pitchers dual over Seymour on Saturday 1-0. The Sabers and Cardinals should be very familiar with each other as the two teams played last Wednesday in the Sabers regular season finale. Coach Mark Shroeder tells KRLS Sports the biggest improvement to his team this season has been at the plate, where they may not get the desired results every time, but the decision making has been the biggest step forward. The Sabers and Cardinals play the early game at five of a double header at Moravia. The winner gets the survivor of the Moravia and Wayne contest on Saturday back at Moravia.
