A wire issue is causing the western portion of Warren County to be without a landline service to Warren County 911 services. According to Warren County Emergency Management Coordinator Troy Bass, a wire was cut and CenturyLink is working to correct the issue as soon as possible which currently affects 1400 people.

Bass also said that if you need to call 911 services from a landline, you can reach the dispatch office by dialing 515-961-1122, or call 911 from a cellphone.

No timetable has been given for a repair to the services, further updates will be added as they are available.
