The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce held two sessions of Hospitality Training Thursday. Director of Patient Experience at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, Ginny Krichau conducted the training. Krichau taught attendees the importance of exceeding customer expectations as well as how to understand the potential that both positive and negative feedback offers. Director of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Hannah Vander Veer spoke about the importance of continuing to improve hospitality throughout Knoxville. She says the community needs to continue to work on its skills and be the best welcoming community possible for race fans. The hospitality training was held at Celebrate Church in Knoxville.
