The City of Knoxville will once again host the Knoxville Leadership Academy this fall for any individual interested in learning more about the city or possibly interested in running for city council. Knoxville City Manager Aaron Adams tells KNIA/KRLS News the Academy will begin on Tuesday, September 17th and is free to participate. Adams says he can not stress enough how much the academy will help individuals interested in a position with the city.  Applications can be picked up and dropped off at City Hall in Knoxville with the deadline for applications to be turned in by Tuesday, September 10th.
