This Thursday the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will host a 55+ Health Fair from  4-7 p.m. Complimentary health screenings, informational displays from community organizations and hospital programs that offer services to support an individual’s health and lifestyle will all be featured. Katrina Nelson with the Hospital tells KNIA/KRLS News the purpose of the event is to bring together a variety of different health organizations that are available in one setting for individuals to learn more about those services and why they are important. Complimentary refreshments will be provided as well as giveaways and drawings for door prizes. The event is free and open to the public.
