Gabby McCoy of Hartford was awarded the title of Warren County Fair Queen Saturday evening on the Warren County Fairgrounds, one of seven candidates vying for the crown. Reigning Queen Kennady Moffitt was on hand to award the crown, as the seven candidates answered a variety of questions from a panel of judges. McCoy is a native of Hartford, attends Carlisle High School, and is active in a variety of extracurricular activities such as dance, band, track, and the National Honor Society among others. McCoy will represent Warren County at the fair over the next week, before competing at the Iowa State Fair in August.
