Tomorrow evening the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will host a 55+ Health Fair from  4-7 p.m. The event will feature informational displays from community organizations and hospital programs and services. Different health screenings will also be available. Katrina Nelson with the hospital tells KNIA/KRLS News some of the screenings and tests available during the event include blood pressure screening, fall prevention screening and bone density testing. Participants can also sign up for A1C testing for diabetic individuals as well. Nelson says the hospital pharmacists will be available as well to conduct medication counseling and review. Complimentary refreshments will be provided as well as giveaways and drawings for door prizes. The event is free and open to the public.
