Several local softball players have earned postseason honors from the Iowa Girls Coaches Association. Maddie Parks of Pella and Emery Neer of Knoxville were both named Class 4A Southeast All-District players. Destiny Lewis and Sammie Becker of Indianola, Riley Enfield, Haley Godfrey and Emilie Krpan of Melcher-Dallas, and Grace Bailey and Ali Mockenhaupt of Twin Cedars were all selected to their respective All-District teams in Class 5A and 1A.
