The Warren and Marion County Iowa State University Extension Offices will be holding farmland leasing meetings in August. The topics of discussion with local farmers will include the current cash rental rate, land values, and crop price survey results, as well as the best strategies to obtain a fair cash rent for 2020. The meetings are expected to take 2.5 hours, and those attending must pre-register. The Warren County meeting will take place on August 15th at 9am, with the Marion County Meeting on August 23rd at 9am, at both locations respective extension offices.
