While it ended up as a loss to a bitter rival, Twin Cedars Daniel Beary was everywhere in a week five contest against Melcher-Dallas as he racked up a school record 17 tackles in a 60-56 loss to the Saints. Of his 17 tackles, 14 were solo. What was more impressive, he was also the starting quarterback for the Sabers that night throwing for 159 and four touchdowns ran for 14 yards and even caught a pass for 27 yards and scored on a two point conversion just for good measure. The Sabers fell to Melcher-Dallas in one of the wildest games of the season. More on that later in our countdown.
