Four Indianola softball players were honored by the IGHSAU for their success at the class 5A state tournament this year in Fort Dodge. Making the Third Team was pitcher Kate Kralik and DP/Pitcher Brooke Tucker. Earning Second Team honors was catcher Sammie Becker, and named to the All-State First Team was shortstop Destiny Lewis. The Indians ended their season with a victory over Ottumwa in the 5th/6th place game, and had a 34-5 record overall.
