The Knoxville School Board will meet in regular session today. The board will consider a spanish trip request for March of 2021 to Costa Rica as well as a spanish trip fundraiser to sell bracelets to raise money. They will consider an overnight trip request from the varsity volleyball team to stay in Ft. Madison for a tournament in Keokuk this fall. The board will consider approval of the revised policy covering attendance of classes and instructional time, and consider approval of the Student Handbook and Coach/Sponsor Handbook. The board will consider approval of an Iowa Net High Academy Contract which would establish and operate an Alternative Options Education School Program for the district as well as consider course proposals for the Home School Assistance Program and dairy bids for the district for the 2019-2020 school year. The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held inside the district’s administrative offices.
