Simpson College incoming students will begin arriving this week, and the administration at Simpson College is inviting local businesses and service groups to a community showcase on August 24th. The businesses and service groups will have a chance to recruit new members or show off products to incoming freshmen. The public will also be invited to join the event, as Indianola Hometown Pride has partnered with Simpson College to help service groups recruit new members and encourage public engagement. The community showcase will take place from 11am to 1pm in Pfeiffer Great Hall on the Simpson College campus. Attendees are asked to RSVP to anna.pena@simpsoncollege.edu
