The Indianola School Board met in regular session Monday evening. The board approved a change in the year-round calendar, moving conferences so they do not coincide with the homecoming parade on September 19th. The board also continued discussion about a hire for an HR position, and the role they would play in the administration whether it would be a director role or more of an assistant. The board will next meet Thursday morning at 7am for a special session to approve hires for the upcoming school year.
