Nearly every offseason, a high school athletic director has to hire a varsity level or some other coach. Melcher-Dallas Athletic Director Jim Crozier tells KNIA Sports how he vets a candidate. Crozier says it starts with their ability to be a teacher, not necessarily in the classroom, but the game. Crozier adds the first thing he looks for is someone with integrity.
